This New Year Card has become a yearly tradition in my growth as an artist- I gather up some of my favorite images from the year and issue a email and paper Thank You card wishing everybody a Happy New Year. I have met so many great folks on the road and have gained so much invaluble experience.
In addition, everybody has treated each other really well- most of us work for little or nothing, never know where the next job will be and work some really really long hours- so to be doing that with pleasant and super talented people capable of intelligent conversation, patience, respect, value for one another and even better- just being natural, caring, laughing at jokes and smiling- makes it fun and inspiring. I love this team.
I wanted to make sure I say "thank-you" to a lot of people I've worked with.
